Quiet Momentum is 1:1 coaching space for young adults in their 20s and early 30s to talk through where you are in life, where you’d like to go, and how to move forward.

These conversations often focus on life decisions, transitions, and the small steps that help create progress.

This is a space to slow down, take a breather, find your footing, and think through what comes next.

From these sessions, we identify small, actionable steps forward, adjust along the way, and build confidence in ourselves as we go.

Coaching also provides accountability, guidance along the way, and the opportunity to develop new skills and greater self-awareness.

Quiet Momentum focuses on the small, subtle steps that move your life forward without the pressure to have everything figured out.

How Coaching Works

If you decide to move forward after the 15 minute intro call:

  • Sessions typically last 30-45 minutes and take place virtually either via phone call or video call

  • Clients can choose between one, three, five, or ten session packages depending on your needs

  • Sessions can spread out weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
